The editors invite original and unpublished chapters for an upcoming edited volume (to be published by a leading academic press) that explores the evolving landscape of mediation in India. This book aims to provide a comprehensive, multidisciplinary understanding of mediation’s growth, legal transformation, institutional development, and its socio-legal implications in light of the Mediation Act, 2023.
The volume seeks to bring together contributions from academicians, legal professionals, mediators, researchers, and policy experts, offering comparative, theoretical, and practice-based insights into mediation as a transformative dispute resolution mechanism in India.

- Word Limit: 4000–6000 words
- Formatting: Times New Roman, 12 pt, 1.5 spacing, APA referencing
- Plagiarism (Turnitin & AI): Up to 10% permissible
- Submission Format: MS Word (.doc/.docx)
Important Dates
- Last Date for Title Submission: 15th November 2025
- Notification of Acceptance: 20th December 2025
- Full Chapter Submission: 31st January 2026 (after acceptance)
